The Sweetwater Union High School District of San Diego County, California, for

r -j and in consideration of the City of Chula Vista quit claiming to the Sweetwater Union High
'• School District the easement now existing over said real property in favor of the City of

Chula Vista, as described in Document 136544, recorded October 18, 1955 in Book 5834,
, Page 517 in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, does hereby dedicate

to the City of Chula Vista an easement and ri! right of way 10 feet in width for the maintenance
'I and repair of a sanitary sewer line over, along, across and under land in the South Half
ti la Nacion of 1/4 Section 113 of the Rancho de l
Nacion, in the City of Chula Vista, County of San
Diego, State of California, the center line of which is described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the Easterly line of the West one fourth of the SE 1/4
of 1/4 Section 113 of the Rancho de la Nacion, in the City of Chula Vista,
County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No. 166,
filed in the office of the County Recorder of said San Diego-County, May 11,
1869, which point bears North 18°15'30" West, 137 feet from the Southeast
corner of said W 1/4 of SE 1/4; thence South 71°44'30" West, 5 feet; thence
North 18°15'30" West, parallel with and 5 feet Westerly from said Easterly
line, 499.79 feet to a point in the Southerly line bf the Northerly 683 feet of ! '
said Westerly 1/4 of the SE 1/4; thence South 69°36'55"West, 191.28 feet
