HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1960-2398 , RESOLUTION NO 2398 A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE Alit) CLOSE MR PORTITI OF TELEGRAPH cANyoN Ro /119 ,AN /M IT IS RESOLVED AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA hereby declares its intention to vacate and close Me abortion of _Telegraph Canyon Road _ and more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, which by this reference is incorporated herein as though fully set forth, IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED BY said Council that the time for hearing any or all persons interested in, or objecting to the pro- . posed vacation, is hereby set for -h00_, o'clock P.M. on the Mid day of march __ , 1960 , in the City Council Chambers in the City Hall, Chula Vista, California; IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that particulars as to the proposed vaca- tion are set forth in that certain map or plan on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Chula Vista, California , entitled "Map of Proposed Vacation of ..k..npitionslacligrEto. canyon jlosb_ IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Superintendent of Streets of the City of Chula Vista , post notices of the passage of this Resolution and the time and place of hearing, in accordance with law; IT IS FURTHER RESUVED AND ORDERED that this Resolution shall , within fifteen (15) days after its final passage, be published once in the Chula Vista Star News , a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in the City of Chula Vista, California; IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that these proceedings are taken subject to the reservations and exceptions contained in the above description. (Attach Exhibit "A" hereto. ) That portion of Telegraph Canyon Road per Map thereof Road Survey Nob 8086, in Quarter Section 95 of Rancho de la Nacion, County of San Diego, State of California, described as follows : 1 . Beginning on the centerline of said Road Survey 1086 at Station 44+38©33 being the end of a curve having a central angle of 33° 21 ' 30" and a radius of 1 ,200 feet ; 2. Thence South 88° 50' 43" East (South. 88° 23 ' 30" East according to Road Survey 1086) , according to Robin Hood Unit #5 per Map thereof Nob 4429 as filed in the office of the County Recorder, County of San Diego, State of California , a distance of 106.24 feet ; 3, Thence North 1° 09' 17" East a distance of 50.00 feet to a point on the Northerly right—of—way line of said Telegraph Canyon Road, said point being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; 4. Thence South 88° 50' 43" East a distance of 996.07 feet along the Northerly right—of--way line of Telegraph Canyon Road to the beginning of a tangent curve concaved Southerly with a central angle of 3° 32' 35" and a radius of 3,250 feet; 5. Thence Easterly a distance of 204.39 feet along the arc of said curve to an intersection with tangent curve whose center bears South 4° 41 ' 52" rest a distance of 1 ,050 feet; 6. Thence Testerly a distance of 516.94 feet along the arc of said tangent curve through a central angle of 28° 12' 29" to an intersection with the Southerly right-of—way line of Telegraph Canyon Road; 7. Thence North 88° 50' 43" West a distance of 378.07 feet to an intersection with a non—tangent curve whose center bears South 36° 15 ' 05" West and a distance of 550 feet; 8. Thence Northwesterly a distance of 336.90 feet along the arc of said non—tangent curve through a central angle of 35° 05' 48" to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING. Reserving therefrom an 12 foot easement and right—of—way for, and right to construct, maintain, operate, replace, remove, or enlarge a sanitary sewer and appurtenant structures in, upon, over and across that 12 foot easement described as follows the Southerly 6 feet of the Northerly half and the Northerly 6 feet of the Southerly half of the above described portion of Telegraph Canyon Road IC..
