HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1960-2397RESOLUTION NO. 2397 RESOLUTION NO. 2 • RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVING A A lvE SUBDIVISION MAP ENTITLED HILLTOP ESTATES THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION is WHEREAS there has been presented to this Council, after approval and recommendation of the City Planning Commission of the City of Chula Vista that certain tentative subdivision map known • as Hilltop Estates SECTION 2: That the City Council does hereby approve said tentative subdivision map in accordance with the recommendations of said Planning Commission and does hereby authorize the following changes, additions and corrections to be made to said maps ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF CHULA VISTA, CALIFORNIA, this 23rd day of February, 1960 by the following vote, to-wit: AYES: COUNCILMEN Smith DeGraaf Menzel McAllister NAYES: COUNCILMEN None ABSENT: COUNCILMEN McMains Pro-tem �'or of the ` y of Chula Vista ATTEST: / // - ty,Clerk tt- \ .S\ STATE .OF' CALIFOIA ) COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO ) ss CITY OF CHULA VISTA ) I, KENNETH P. The Planning Commission recommends approval of the , tentative map subject to the following conditions: 1. That 1 ft. lots be dedicated on the south end Of the easterly most street and along the centerline of IJn Street. 2. That the cul-de-sacs have a 50 ft. property line radius, as required by the Subdivision Ordinance. 3. That street names be approved by the Director of Planning.
