• City of Chula Vista. to call a special'election in that certain' E ,
inhabited territory. contiguous to said City proposed to be .
annexed thereto, for the putpose of submitting to the qualified
• electors residing in said territory the question whether or .not •
` said territory shall' be annexed,to the City of Chula Vista and .
- the property ;in the territory ,subjected to taxation after' an-
vexation equally =yvith property within the City of Chula Vista;. .
Said, territory is described on the attached exhibit; '

Ail that unincorporated area situated within the County of San
Diego, State of CaH fronia, described as follows :
I . Beginning at the Northeasterly corner of the South Half of the
Southwest Quarter of Quarter Section Ill of Rancho de la Nacion,
according to Map thereof, Nob 166, filed in the office of the
County Recorder of said San Diego County;
2 . Thence S 58° 03' 06" W 143.00 feet ;
30 Thence S 33° 030 06" W 250000 feet;
40 . Thence S 13° 'O ' 06" W 163 .55 feet to the Northeasterly corner
of land described as Parcel 1 in deed to James E . Rhein), et ux,
recorded September 27, /950 in Book 3795, Page 368 of Official
Records ;
5. Thence along the Southeasterly line of said land, S 130 03' 06" W
( Record of Survey Nob 1743, S 13° 01 ' 06" W. ) 265.78 feet to an
intersection with the Northerly line of Road Survey No. 697, as
