IT IS RESOLVED AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA
hereby declares its intention to vacate and close V_V.
-41471- a portion of Montebello Street -±e„revrte.d—st-
and more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto,
which by this. reference is incorporated herein as though fully set
forth,
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED BY said Council that the time
for hearing any or all persons interested in, or objecting to the pro-
posed vacation, is hereby set for 7L00 o'clock P31. on the .....5tbday
of January mm, 1960 ,. in the City Council Chambers in the City Hall,
Chula Vista, California;
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that particulars as to the proposed vaca-
tion are set forth in that certain map or plan on file in the office
of the City Clerk of the City of Chula Vista, California , entitled
"Map of Proposed Vacation of a PA/3101sxjtu=0.19 _________

IT 13 FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Superintendent of
Streets of the City of Chula Vista, post notices of the passage of
this Resolution and the time and place of hearing, in accordance with
law;
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that this Resolution shall ,
within fifteen ( 15) days after its final passage , be published once
in the Chula Vista Star News , a newspaper of general circulation,
printed and published in the City of Chula Vista , California;
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that these proceedings ace taken su:Dject
to the reservations and exceptions contained in the above descriction. .

A PORTION OF MONTEBELLO STREET PROPOSED FOR VACATION
All that portion of Lot 13 of Quarer SeCtion 124 of Chula Vista, in the Gity
of Chula Vista, County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof
No 505, filed March 13, ]i88 in the Office of the County Recorder of said San Diego

County, described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the NoEtherly line of said Lot 13 which bears North
70° 491 43" East 200,00 feet from the Northwest corner of said lot; thence •
South 18° 39" East along the easterly line of the westerly 200 feet of said lot
40.0 feet; thence South 70° 49' 43" West 73000 feet; thence North 19° 107 17" West
1000 feet to a point in the south line of Montebello Street which bears North 70° 49t
43" East, 126.93 feet from the intersection of said south line with the west line of
said Lot 13; thence easterly along a tangent curve whose center bears South 190 107
17" East, 20.00 feet from said point, through a central angle of 33 331 30" for a
distance of 11071 feet to a point of reverse curvature; thence easterly and nottherly
along a tangent curve whose radius is 40 feet through an angle of 1230 33' 30", a dis-
tance of 86.25 feet to the point of beginning.
