HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1960-2458 • RESOLUTIONI NO, 2458 APPROVAL OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA, CA.LIFOR;!IA TO I'M PLA -ni:ro CCi-mssic I ACTION LI GRl:i(TI::G CONDITICAIAL USE PERI:IT TO YOUMANS, EDMUNDS & SCHROCK FOR PROFESSIONAL OFFICE BUILDING NHEREAS, on May 16, 1960 the Planning Commission held a Public hearing on the application of Youmans, Edmunds & Schroc 'Or a Conditional Use Permit for building on e property located at 488 Fourth Avenue 3 and • JUEREAS, the Planning Commission, following said hearing, adopted a Resolution,' with findings, recotnmcndinL the granting of said Conditional Use Permit, said permit being subject to certain conditions, and H-IEREAS, pursuant to Section 16,54 of Ordinance Ito. 398 the said recommendation of the Planning Commission appeared on the Agenda of the City Council, and :!'T SAS, the said City Council has reviewed said recommen- dation and findings of the Planning Commission and all documents on file in connection with said application for Conditional Use Permit, NO•l THEREFORE, be it resolved and the City Council finds as , follows: r 1. That said action of the Planning Commission, together with said findings recommending the granting of said Conditional Use Permit, subject to the conditions set forth therein, to Youmans, Edmunds & Schrock for a two-story professional office building on the property ocated at 488 Fourth Avenue Application to the Planning Oommission and more particularly described in the/100/ tM00 /WOO, is hereby affirmed, and said Conditional Use Permit is hereby authorized as recommended by the Planning Commission, 2.
