HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1960-2438 { RESOLUTION No, 2438 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA WITHDRAWING REAL PROPERTY FROM THE MONTGOMERY LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA DOES RESOLVE, as follows: WHEREAS the following described real property, known as INDUSTRIAL LANDS ANNEXATION has heretofore been included Britain the City of Chula Vista by reason of its annexation to the City of Chula Vista, said real property being described as follow: : All that unincorporated area situated in the County of San Diego, State of California, described as fojlows : I . Beginning at the intersection of the Easterly line of the existing Industrial Boulevard "County Road R . S , 27" with the Southerly boundary of the City of Ch'Ula Vista, being, also the Southerly right of way line of "L" Street; . 2. Thence Southerly along said Easterly line of Industrial Boulevard "County Road R . S . 27" being also the westerly right of way line cf the main branch of the San Diego and Arizona Railroad to an intersection with the Easterly prolongation of the Northerly line of Palomar Street, formerly Eighth Street as shown on Map of Harborside Unit No. 2, Map 2119; 3.
