RESOLUTION No. 2432
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA
ACCEPTING, DEDICATING AND NAMING REAL PROPERTY IN THE SAID
CITY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1, That certain dedication of real property, made by Deed,
executed by Vistan Apartments
in the City of Chula Vista, dated the ikth day of Tune 3.950
a copy of which is attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof
the same as though fully set forth herein, be, and the same is, hereby
accepted and dedicated to public use for street and highway purposes by
the said City of Chula Vista.
SECTION 20 That said real property is hereby officially named
Oaklawn Avenue
ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF CHULA VISTA,
CALIFORNIA, this day of may 19 6 0 , by the
