CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT OF ` +
HIGHLAND AVENUE SEWER ASSESSMENT DISTRICT `
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE `
AS FOLLOWS: ,
WHEREAS, The City Engineer has submitted to the City . .

Council of the City of Chula Vista his assessment of costs of
construction of sewer facilities against all lots- or property
which tiaveTheen benefited by said construction in relation to
benefit received, pursuant to Ordinance No.' 405 as amended; and
WHEREAS, said sewer facilities are shown on` said ass-
essment designated as Highland Avenue Sewer Assessment District, ,
dated September 16, 1960 on file in the offices of the City Clerk
of the City of Chula Vista; ,
, NUS, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY resolved that said ass-
• essment designated as Highland Avenue Sewer Assessment District

is hereby confirmed and that the cost of construction of said
sewer facilities has been distributed against -all lots or prop- .
erty in relation to.benefit received.' , `
` ' IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, That as to those properties ,
which are'.riot included ,in.said assessment district, said
. properties, at such time as they' are. able to connect to said
. sewer line and facilities due to d Change of circumstances;,
shall pay- to ,the 'City the amount of $3 7951 per front foot.

diagram of the property affected and benefited by the construction of sewer In HIGHLAND AVENUE , in a
portion of the County of San Diego and of the incorporated City of Chula Vista , within the' limits as more'
particularly described on the below diagram, herewith present this document to the City Council, and I
do hereby certify that this document constitutes a true and correct diagram of the property affected
by the said work and improvement, which is to be assessed to pay the expenses of said work and
improvements at the time of connection, and that said diagram shows each separate lot or parcel of
land, the dimensions thereof and the relative location of the same to the work done , all within the
limits of the assessment district.
