IN GRANTI::G CONDITICUAL USE PERMIT TO Traile Rancho
Corporation FOR a trailer park
11H1RE/S, on October 17, 1960 the Planning Commission held
a Public Hearing on the applicatt n of TraileRancho Corp. for a
Conditional Use Permit for a trailer park
on the property
located on the north side of "C" St., east of Highland Avenue , and
'JttEREAS, the Planning Commission, following said hearing,
adopted a Resolution25 with findings, recommcndin ; the granting of
said Conditional Use Permit, said permit being subject to certain
conditions, and
UEEREAS, pursuant to Section 16.54 of Ordinance No, 398
the said recommendation of the Planning Commission appeared an the
Agenda of the City Council, and
.P, E S, the said City Council has reviewed said recommen-
dation and findings of the Planning Commission and all documents on
file in connection with said application for Conditional Use Permit,
N0'.1 THEREFORE, be it resolved and the City Council finds as
follows:
1. That said action of the Planning C fission, together
with said findings recommending the granting of said
Conditional Use Permit, subject to the conditions set
forth therein, to TraileRancho Corp. for
a trailer park
on the property located on the north side of "C" St.,
east of Highland Avenue
more particular3y descried in the p az attachet1
hereto, is hereby affirmed, and said Conditional Use
Permit is hereby authorized as recommended by the
Planning Commission1 and subject to the dedication of
a 40' strip of unimproved property on the east side for

the entire length of the property, said strip to be used
for future street purposes. Granting of the conditional
