HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1960-2523 • RESOLUTION No, 2523 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA ACCEPTING, DEDICATING AND NAMING REAL PROPERTY IN THE SAID CITY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That certain dedication of real property, made by Deed, executed by Theodore R. Anderson and Nadine Anderson. husband and wife in the City of Chula Vista, dated the _18th day of October _ 1960 a copy of which is attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof the same as though fully set forth herein, be, and the same is, hereby accepted and dedicated to public use for street and highway purposes by the said City of Chula Vista.
