GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR SE`"E R PURPOSES
• FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
the undersigned dodoes hereby grant to the City of Chula Vista, in the
County of San Diego, State of California, an easement and right—of—way for,
and the right to construct, maintain, operate, replace, remove, or enlarge
a sanitary sewer and appurtenant structures in, upon, over and across that
certain real property situated in the City of Chula Vista, County of San
Diego, State of California, and more particularly described as follows:

That portion of Lots 1 and 2 of Quarter Section 136 of Chula Vista
per Map thereof No.505 as filed In the office of the County Recorder,
• County of San Diego, State of California; being a 6 foot strip whose
• center line is described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 2 of said Quarter Section 136
thence Southerly 86 feet along the Westerly line o said tot 2 to. a tangent
• curve concaved Easterly with a central angle of 1414.00t and a radius of

100 feet; thence Southerly 24.43 feet along the arc of said curve to a
tangent curve concaved Westerly with a central angle of 28° 001 and a
- radius of 100 feet; thence Southerly 48.86 feet along the arc of said
