GALLAHER, CIVIL ENGINEER THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE ` AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That certain agreement between Hugh M. Gallaher, Civil Engineer, and the City of Chula Vista, a Municipal Corporation, dated December 20, 1960, a copy of which is attached hereto, and incorporated herein, the same as though rt fully set forth herein, be, and the same is hereby approved. r ' Section 2. For and in consideration of the services performed by the contractor -under ARTICLE i through ARTICLE 8 of this contract for Aerial Mapping, the City of Chula Vista agrees to pay the contractor the total sum of .
