Home My WebLink AboutReso 1962-2957 • RESOLUTION Noe 2957 RESOLUTION WITH RESPECT TO HEARING REQUIRED UNDER CHAPTER 27 OF THE IMPROVEMENT ACT OF 1911 FOR PHASE VII WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Chula Vista ova October 9, 1962 instructed the Superintendent of Streets to notify the owner or person in possession of the property fronting on that portion of as per attached list in front of which no as per attached list has been constructed, to construct or cause to be constructed as per attached list in front of his property; WHEREAS, Affidavits are on file with the City Clerk showing that the said notice has been given, as required by Article 2 of Chapter 27 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: (1) That a public hearing has been held at the time and in the place specified in said notice (2) That any protests either oral or written which have been submitted to the City Council have been passed on and overruled (3) That the Superintendent of Streets shall proceed under the authority vested in him by Chapter 27 of the Improvement *_ Act of 1911 with respect to said work, and if construction is not commenced within 60 days after the giving of said notice and diligently and without interruption prosecuted to completion, the Superintendent of Streets shall cause the construction to be done and the cost of the same shall be a lien on the property. a , ,PHASE E V l l;, <: Albo ' Sal + ato'rM. - ' 55 Rooseye I St, .t , Lot 22, Bldck "B" of La Playa• •V,ista ,, accoardinq t•o Map �'d , ,I626, filed Feb. 16, 1913, in the o'ff`ice of the County Recorder, County of S'an Diego, State of Cal ifornia.
