RESOLUTICN NO. 2953
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CHULA VISTA ACCEPTING DEED TO REAL PROPERTY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That certain grant of real property, made by grant deed, executed
by United Enterprises , Inc . , dated the 23rd. day of
October , 19 62 to the CITY OF CHULA VISTA, a copy of which
Is attached to and by this reference made a part hereof the same as
though fully set forth herein, be, and the some is, hereby accepted by
said City of Chula Vista as a grant in fee.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF CHULA VISTA,

United Enterprises, Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of the State of
Delaware, as Grantor, for a valuable consideration receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
. does hereby grant to the City of Chula Vista, a Municipal Corporation, in the County of San
Diego, State of California, its successors, and assigns, an EASEMENT OF RIGHT-OF-WAY, in, •
upon, over, under, and across the land hereafter described, to erect, construct, reconstruct;
replace, repair, maintain and use for ROAD PURPOSES. .
The land in which said easement of right-of-way is hereby granted is situated in .
: • • the County of San Diego, State of California, and is particularly described as follows,

A portion of Quarter Section 96 of Rancho de la-Nacion, according to Map•No. 166,
• filed in the office of the County Recorder, County of San Diego, State of California, on
May 11, 1869. .
• Said easement of right-of-way in the aforesaid land is particularly described as
follows: .

Beginning at the center of said Quarter Section being also the Northeast cor--
_: ner of Hilltop Estates, per Map No. 4767, filed in the office of the County Recorder of
said County; thence Northerly along the centerline of said Quarter Section 96, a distance
of forty (40) feet; thence Easterly along a line being parallel with the South line of the
Northeast Quarter of said Quarter Section 96, a distance of 79.69 feet to the beginning of
. a tangent curve to the right; thence Easterly along the arc of said curve, having a radius of
729.84 feet and a central angle of 19°03126", a distance of 242.75 feet to the intersection
of the South line of the Northeast Quarter of said Quarter Section 96; thence Westerly along
. the South line of said Northeast Quarter a distance of 317.99 feet to the Point of Beginning.
- Grantor and its successors in estate shall not erect or construct, or permit to be
erected or constructed, any building or other structures, or drill any well or wells within
. the limits of said right-of-way. -
Grantor agrees that no other easement or easements shall be granted on, under or
