RESOLUTION No, 2947 RESOLUTION GIVING NOTICE OF THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA AND CHULA VISTA CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT„ IN THE COUNTY OF SAN DIEGOc STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO BE KNOWN AS JONATHAN MANOR ANNEXATION WHEREAS on the 23rd day of October, 1962 there was filed in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Ch Oa Vista a written petition for the annexation to, incorporation and inclusion in the City of Chula Vista of certain uninhabited territory particularly described in said petition„ and hereinafter described£ located in the County of San Diego© State of Calif. rnia, pursuant to the Annexation of Uninhabited Territory Act of 1939, as amenddF and WHEREAS said petition was signed by the owners of not less than twenty-five (25%4 percent of the land in such territory by area and by value as shown on the last equalized assessment roll of the County of San Diego, in which such territory is situated; and /11 OM/AW SWAYM0 /Cate/ri'/kMaNAT`M NOWWWW/16#`/1 filch e/ the g'/ //'i'#ANNO 1 MAIM AIWIAMMO ei60- / NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista, as follows: THAT pursuant to the teens and provisions of the Annexation of Uninhabited Territory Act of 1939, as amended: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the proposed annexation to incorpora= tion and inclusion in th City of Chula Vista and Chula Vista City School District of certain uninhabited territory in the County of San Diego contiguous to the City of Chula Vista, The boundaries of the territory so proposed to be annexed to the City of Chula Vista and Chula Vista City School District are more particularly described as fol1.cww. .l . JONA TH-ON '.4ANO R ANNEXATION All that real property in the County of San Diego, State of Calif- ornia, bounded and described as follows: • Beginning at the Southwest corner of Quarter Section 92 of Rancho de to Nacion according to Map #166, filed in the office. of the County Recorder of San Diego Countys I . Thence Northerly along the Westerly line of said Quarter Section 92 to the Northwest- corner of said Quarter Section, 92; 2. Thence Easterly along the Northerly line of Quarter' Section 92 to an intersection with the -Northerly line of a 250. foot San Diego Gas and Electric easement , said line bears North 40° 12' 40`= East , from a point' on the %west line of said Quarter Section 92, 210.57 feet Southerly from the Northwest corner of said Quarter Section 92; 3.
