(2)Zones A-D share in the cost of Otay Lakes Road medians and oH-site parkways. Collectible and projected revenue for Otay Lakes Road are reflecled in collectible and pro�ected revenue for Zones A-D (3)Portions of Eastlake I antl Eastlake Greens are in this benefit area (4)Bay Boulevard rates are based on acres. (5)Town Centre rates have been based on parcel square footage since FY 2001/02 However,a Downtown PBID replaced this District m 2007,but the City detertnined that there was some poteniial long-term exposure for the City based on the remote potential that the current PBID might nol recerve sufficient support for future renewal processes (6)The Projeded Revenues are preliminary fgures based upon the prior year's EDU assignments and the Maximum Rates for Fiscal Year 2014/15. WHEREAS; the City Council of the Cih� of Chula Vista held a public hearing on the date and time set for such hearing; and WHEREAS. all interested persons were afforded the opportunity to hear and be heard; and �'HEREAS, the City Council considered all oral statements and NTitten protests made or filed b}� all interested persons. NOA', THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Citti� of Chula Vista; as to all Open Space and Maintenance Districts referenced in this Resolution, as follo�vs: Resolution?�'o. 2014-136 Pa�e No. 3 1. That it finds that ���ritten protests against the proposed �ssessment ha�e not been made b� o��ners representing more than one-half of the area of land to be assessed. 2. That it confirms the diaeram and assessment contained in the Engineer's Report. 3. That it orders that the open space and maintenance facilities be maintained.
