HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1993-17240 RESOLUTION NO. 17240 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA AMENDING SCHEDULE III OF CHULA VISTA MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 10.52.280 RELATING TO PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON PORTIONS OF NORTH FOURTH AVENUE WHEREAS, on August 4, 1992, a Trial Traffic Regulation establishing a parking prohibition on the west side of North Fourth Avenue was implemented pursuant to the provisions of Section 10.12.030 of the Chula Vista Municipal Code; and, WHEREAS, signs indicating this prohibition were installed on July 23, 1992; and, WHEREAS, the Safety Commission, at its meeting of July 8, 1993, voted 6-0-1 {Koester absent} to recommend that the City Council affirm this Trial Traffic Regulation and pass a resolution making this prohibition permanent. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby amend Schedule III of Section 10.52.280 relating to Parking Prohibited at All Times on Certain Streets, adding provisions regarding North Fourth Avenue as follows: Name of Su, eet Beginning At Ending At Side N.
