INITIATED BY: Director of Building and Housing BACKGROLND: The fees for issuing permits and making inspections of masonry garden walls and fences do not cover the cost of this specialized I service. The present fees have been in effect since August 8, 1966. The Board of Appeals and Advisors, on July 9, 1973, passed Resolution No. 42 approving amending Chapter 13 of the City Code to increase [he fees for masonry garden walls and fences. INITIATED BY: Director of Building and Housing BACKGROUND: At the Council meeting of September 25, 1973, the ordinance ' to amend Section 13.9 and 13. 12 through 13. 16 of Chapter 13 I of the City Code was placed on the first reading.
