CHULA VISTA CITl' COUNCIL DIEETING OF:
ITEAI TITLE: Ordinance-1453-- Rezoning Certain Property Located South of
Allen School Lane, West of Otay Lakes Road from R-E-D
to R-E-P
I\ITIATED BY: City Attorney
BACKGROUND
Council at its meeting of March 20, 1973 adopted the rezoning for
the property to be known as the Rancho Robinhood Subdivision.
The Planning Department has thereafter indicated to the Attorney' s
office that the zoning was to be conditioned upon the filing and
approval of a final subdivision map. Therefore, the ordinance has
been appropriately amended to provide that the zoning as approved
by the Council does not become effective until a final subdivision
map or maps has been filed and approved by the Council within two
years of the effective date of the ordinance. This change, which
will delay the effective date of the ordinance by one week, should
have no adverse effect upon the property owner.
