Tnis involves alleged photo studios which are divided off in cubicles . For $5. a customer can rent a clieap Instamatic camera, witn 12 exposures and enter . a cubicle where a nude female �oill pose in any position requested while he photograpns her . Other persons may observe at $2 . 00 each. The . 2dilitary Police are particularly concerned because the cubicles are closed off and control inspections of the premises are practically impossible. Obviously, morals offenses could be committed with relative impunity under such circumstances. There �aill probably be more such operations springing up throughout the county. I feel it �aould serve the. interests of the community to have an ordinance to control figure studios, employing �nude models, in such manner that questionable businesses such as this could be excluded from Chula ��ista . Attached is a copy of an ordinance of the City of San Diego which I think provides reasonable controls.
