She acknow/edged Baldwin and Son's for its $5,000 contnbution toward the dog park. Mayur Cox paid tribute to Lf. Commande� Sidney Monis, Jr., father of former Chula Vsta City Manager Sid Morris. Ma}ror Cox announced that the Council would convene in closed session to discuss fhe items listed below. Ma}ror Cox recessed the meeting at 4:33 p.m. The Council 2convened in Closed Session at 4:50 p_m., with all members present.
