' RESOLUTION GRANTING OPTION TO liEASE CERTAIN REAL `"'~
PROPERTY TO THE UNITED STATES POST OFFICE ✓' drsd�.�
D�ARTMENT. OR ITS. ASSIGNEES FOR TN'ENTY YEARS AT AN -
ANNUAL RENTAL OF $10.00 PER YEAR

BE IT RESOLVED BY THC CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA
VISTA AS FOLLOWS;
That an option is hereby given to the::Post �ffice De-
partment of the United States Government or its assignee to
lease that certain real property described on the attached ex-
hibit which is attached hereto and made a part and parcel hereof,
for a period of twenty (20) years at an annual rental of iEN
($10.00) DOLLARS per year, and providing that said premises
shall only be so leased while the same is. used as and for the
main post office of the city of Chula Vista. �
Other terms and conditions of said lease shall be mu-
tually agreed upon by and between the parties hereto and the
same shall be reduced to writing and executed by and bet�reen
, the parties hereto. �
