SECTION 4. That the City Clerk of said City .is hereby
authorized, instructed and directed to procure and furnish aay -
and all official ballots, noti6es, printed_ matter and all supplies,
_ eqnipment and par,aphernalia that may be necessary in order to prop-
erly and la�tfully conduct said election. •
� SECTION 5. That for the purpose of holding said special
municipal election, there shall be �ventv=two ( 22 ) voting
precincts within the said'City consisting of consolidations of
the regular election precincts established for holding State and
County elections. The respective precincts, polling places of
said respective precincts, and the respective boards of election
for said respective precincts are hereby fixed, designated, ap-

SECTION 6. That all of the persons hereinabove named as
election officers are hereby appointed as such election officers,
respectively, and their compensation is hereby fixed at the s�

for each of snch pollirig places, where a charge is made, shall

in Sections 5734 and 5735. of the Elections Code of the State of
CaliFornia. �
SECTION 8. That in all particulars not recited in this
Resolution; said election shall be held and conducted- as pro-
vided by laN for holding municipal elections in said City.
SECTION 9: That notice of the time and place of holding
said. election is hereby given and the City Clerk is hereby anthor-
ized, iastructed, and directed to give such further or- additional
