AN ORDINANCE OF TEIE CITY OF CHULA VISTA, At+IENDING
ZONING MAP OR P�IAPS EST1ll3LISHED BY SECTION 19 . 18. 010
OF THE CHULA VIST71 CITY CODE, REZONING THAT CERTAIPI
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 65-81 THIRD AVENUE FROM R-3-G
TO R-3-P-12 .
The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby
ordain as follows :
SECTION I : That the Zoning Map or tiaos , established by
Section 19 . 18 . 010 of the Chula Vista City Code be hereby amended by
adding thereto the following zoning changes :
That that certain property, consisting of approximately
3 .54 acres, located at 65-81 Third Avenue be, and the same is hereby
rezoned from R-3-G to R-3-P-12, in accordance with Planning Commission
, Resolution No . PCZ-76-A, adopted on the 23rd day of February, 1976 ,
pursuant to the nrovisions set forth in Section 19 .12 . 020 governing
the rezoninq of property. • �
SECTION II : That any and all ordinances heretofore adopted
by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista concerning zoning of
said property be, and the same are hereby repealed insofar as the
provisions therein conflict cvith this ordinance .
