That that certain property, consisting of approximately
4 . 6 acres , located in the 400 block of Otay Lakes Road be, and the
same is hereby rezoned from R-E to R-E-P in accordance with Planning
Commission Resolution No. PCZ-75-A, adopted on the 26th day of
