AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA LEVYING
TP.XES OIQ ALL PROPERTY IN TIIE CITY OF CHULA VISTA
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1974-75
The City Council of tne City of Chula Vista does hereby
ordain as follocas:
SECTIOPI I : That tFiere is hereby levied upon all the
taxable property in t&e City of Cliula Vista, Cali£ornia for the
fiscal year 1974-75 tfie follo�ving sums , to-wit:
1. General Fund. $ . 52 on each one hundred dollars
($100. 00) of assessed valuati:on.
2 . Parks and Recreation Fund. $ , 30 on each one hundred
dollars ($100. 00) of assessed valuation.
3 . City Library Fund. $ . 17 on each one hundred dollars
($100. 00) o£ assessed valuation.
4 . City Planning Fund. $ . 11 on each one hundred dollars
$100. 00) of assessed valuation.
5 . Employee Retirenent Fund. $ . 19 on each one hundred
dollars ($100. 00)_ of assessed valuation.
6 . 1970 Police Facility Construction Bonds. $ . 06 on
each one hundred dollars (_$100 . 00)_ of assessed valuation.

SECTION II : This ordYnance shall take effect and be in
full force inmediately upon its uoon its passage and approval.
