RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA
VISTA ACCEPTING BIDS AND AWARDING CONTRACT FOR
CUSTODIAL SERVICES FROM JANUARY THROUGH JUNE 30,
1995 FOR THE PARKWAY RECREATION COMPLEX AND THE
WOMEN'S CLUB
WHEREAS, the following five bids were received and opened at 2:00 P.M. on
November 18, 1994, in the office of the Purchasing Agent for contractual custodial services
for the Parkway Recreation Complex and the Women's Club:

WHEREAS, the low bid of American Building Maintenance meets the required
speoifioations and is acceptable and American Building Maintenance (ABM) is recognized as

one of the leading companies in the building service industry nationwide, have been in
business since 1909 and are financially stable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the City Council of the City of Chula Vista does
hereby accept bids and award contract for custodial services from January through June 30,
1995 for the Parkway Recreation Complex and the Women's Club to American Building
Maintenance.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of Chula Vista is hereby
authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Chula
Vista.
