OF SAN DIEGO The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: That that certain grant of real property, made by grant deeds executed by DASS CONSTRUCTION CO. OF SAN DIEGO dated the 26thday of August 19 6g, to the CITY OF CHULA VISTA, a copy of which is attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, the same as though fully set forth herein be, and the are same ~~ hereby accepted by said City of Chula Vista as a grant in fee.
