RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA
ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FROM DASS CONSTRUCTION CO. OF
SAN DIEGO
FOR CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OF DRAINAGE FACILITIES
The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby
resolve as follows
That certain grant of easement for the construction and
maintenance of drainage facilities
executed by DASS CONSTRUCTION CO. OF
dated the 12th day of September
attached hereto and by this reference
though fully set forth herein be, and
the said City of Chula Vista for the
drainage facilities.
SAN DIEGO
1966 a copy of which is
made a part hereof, the same as
the same is hereby accepted by
construction and maintenance of

An easement for the construction and maintenance of drainage
facilities over, under, along and across that portion of the Westerly One Third
of the North Half of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Quarter
Section 94 of Rancho de la Nacion, according to Map:thereof No. 166, filed in
the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Diego, State of California
on .May 11, .1869, lying 5 feet on each side of the following described center line:
BEGINNING at a point on the East line of said Westerly one Third, I
distant thereon North I7°5I'49" West, 174. 3I feet from the Southeast corner of
said Westerly one Third; thence South 78°35'IO" West, 38.00 feet to the beginning
of a tangent 2 5 foot radius curve, concave Northerly; thence, along the arc of said
curve, through a central angle of 100°00', 43..6.3- feet; thence tangent to said curve,
North 1°24:'50" West, 2 0.00 feet. The sidelines of said easement shall be
lengthened or shortened to terminate on said East line of the Westerly One Third.
