PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG AND MOMENT OF SILENCE City Manager Sandoval led the Pledge of Allegiance. CONSENT CALENDAR Regarding Item i0, Gty Attomey Googins announced that the total fiscal impact lor the item was pro�ected to be $250,000:appmximately$175,000 lor the transacfional contract and$75,000 for the land use entiilement contract. He stated that, 2garding Item 70B, the proposed firm would not be available to provide the services needed and stated that sfaB would request Council consideration on a modification of the item at a later date. Mayor Cox requested that Ciry Manager Sandoval provide an update to the Counal on the O�ange Park timeline. Councilmember Ramirez spoke in support of al/owing Mr. Perno to give an extended presentation at the Council's workshop on January 9, 2014 Mayor Cox suggested Mr. Pemo coordinate with the Police Department Councilmember Aensoussan announced the upcoming free Caldomia-lriendly landscape training on January 11, 2014. She requested individuals interested in volunteenng/or the 2014 Harbor Fest to contact her o�ce She stated that the initial event/or pog Day in the Park to raise money for a dog park in Eucalyptus Park was tentatively scheduled for March 2014 Counalmember Salas sfated she looked fonvard to working with the Council in 2014 and acknow/edged Mayor Cox for her leadership.
