- The 'City Council of the City. of Chula Vista,
California, DOES F3EREBY RESOL�IE AtJD DETERbSINE as followa:
SECTION 1. That the public intereat and necea-
aity demand the acquiaition and conetruction by said city
of a certain municipal improvement, to wit, a city hall,
including the coastructioa of a city hall buildin� and
the acquiaition of Yurniture and equipment neceasary
the'refor. Said muaioipal improvement is neceasary and con- _
venient to carry out the ob�ects, purpoaea, and powera oP
said city. The estimated cost oP said propoaed improvement
is the aum of $34,740,11; it is contemplated that a portion
. of said cost will be paid by the United States oP America;
that the eatlmated amount of moneys to be provided by the
City of Chula Viata� which is the eatimsted coat of said
proposed municipal improvement to the City of Chula Viata
la the a� oP �20,000,00; that the estimated coat �oP
$34,740.11 is and w111 De too great .to be paid out of the
ordinary annusl income and revenue oP the City of Chula
