RESOLUTION DECI.ARING RESULT OF EI.ECTION, No. 338.

Chula Vista, California, on F�onday, the llth d�y of April, 1932, as required by law,
AND 4lF�.CtEAS, it appears that notice of said election vrsa duly and legally given;
' that voting precineta were properly eatablished; that election oPPicera were appointed
and election aupplies fianished, and that in all reapects eaid election was held and
conduoted, and the votea cast thereat received and canvassed, and the retisne thereof,
made, deterained and declared in time, form and manner as required by the general lawa
of the State, providing for end regulating municipal elsetiona in cities of the eiath

That said regular municipal election rras held and conducted in the City of
Chula Vista, CaliYornia, on M�nday, the llth day of April, 1932, in time, form and
manner, as required by law.
That there �ere two voting precincts eatabliehed in eaid City, for the purpoee
oP holding eaid election as followa:
Consolidated Precinet "A", consisting of State and County Precincta Nos. 1, 2,
3 and 6, as eEtabliahed for holding.State and County elections, and the polling place
was Lhe City Hall, in said city.
Consolidated Precinet "B", consiating oY State end County Precincta Nos, 4, 5,
7 and 8, establiahed Por holding State and County electiona, and the polling place
thareoP wae Proctor's Gare�e, 222 Alvarado Street, in eaid city.
That the whole mmmber oY votea cast in said City oP Chula Viata, at said election
