mede in said city, to-wit : the furnishirg o� electricity to and the
maintenance of an ornamental .street lighting system as described in
resolution of intention , no alterations having been made; Said
district to be kno�;n hereafter as "Chu1s Vista Lighting ?daintenance
District 'A"' �

having estimated the cost of such furnishing of_ electricity to and
maintenance of `said lighting district -for the first .fiscal' year. at

that- seventy per cent ( 70%) of said estimated cost
shall be levied 'upon •the lands within said assessment district as
before described and. that thirty per_cent (30%) shall` be- paid by
said City or Chula Vista'f rom its lighting fund and- that all sub—
. sequent levies shall be upon said basis. ._
..that a certified copy of this resolution shall' be '
riled with the assessor of the City of Chula Vistaand shall be his
authority for leiying said assessments-, which• are. hereby Ordered -to
be levied; beginning With -date of commencement of said improvement , -
heretofore fixed- by the- City -Council , and ending with the close__ of • - '
the fiscal year following the current fiscal year , as -provided- by ,
