3 BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the City of
•4 Chula Vista , CaliPornia , as follovrs :
5 Thst the petition of Y7alker & ffiartinfbr an eztension of
6 seventy-five days Prom October 6, 1929, for completing their con-
7 tract with the Superintendent of Streets of the City of Chula
8 Vista , CaliPornia, for the construction and installation of an
9 ornamental lighting system on Tni^d Avenue , in said City, be and
10 the same is hereb8 granted; and
11 BE IT rURTHER RESOLVID that the time Por the completion
12 of the work provided to be done under said contract be and the
13 same is hereby extended for a period oP seventy-five days frou�
14 October 6, 1929; and
15 BE IT FIIRTFILR r�ESOLV� that the 3uperintendent of Streets
16 of said City be and he is hereby instructed to andorse said
. 17 extension on the contract for said work.
