The Second Party further agrees to inde�nify, protect and hold haraless the said City of Chula Vista from any and all claims of liability for personal injury, property damage, labor or matierial claims which aay be made against said City by reason of said work and installation of imp:rovements as nerein provided. 2. �is a guarantee and as secu:ity £or its full and faith- ful perfor�ance in co�talying rrith all the requirements £or the -2- coanletion of said subdieisioa as a£oresaid, the said Second Parcy shall delive: to the s>id City of Chula Vis�a, upoa the . execu�ion oP this agree�en�, a good and su=ficient bond executed by 2n authorized surety comp2ny satis£acLory to the said City of - Chu1a Yista in the sum o£ �5,652.30. 3.
