CITY OF CHULA VISTA APP9.OVING ESCROW
INSTRUCTIONS AND AUTHORIZIATG b4kY0R AND
CITY CLE�.K TO EXECUTE A GRANT DEED TO
GLEN td. GATELY AND J. D. LIGHT
THS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA, DOES HE�EBY
R�SOLV� AS FOLLO�IS:
That the Mayor of The City of Chula Vista, and Kenneth
P. Campbell, City Clerk of the City of Chula Vista, be and
th=y are hereby authorized and directed to execute that certain
grant deed, dated May 16th, 1951, a copy of which is attached
hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, for and on
benalf of the City of Chula Vista and to afiix thereto the seal
of the City o£ Chula Vista, and to cause the same to be delivered
to Glen 49. Gately and J. D. Light.
That those certain escrow instructions between the BANK
OF AI�'IERICA , NATIONAL TRUST AND SA�NGS ASSOCIATION, as escrow
holder, the CITY OF CHUI,A VISTA, as Seller, and GLEN 'ti. GATELY
and J. D. LIGHT, as Buyer, entitled Escrow No. 6006R, are here-
by ratified and- approved.
