RESOLUTION OF TfiE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CHDLA VISTA AUTHORIZING AND DIflECTING
THE EXECUTION OF A GRANT DEED
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOVIS:
That Z. Dwight Ridder, Mayor of the Ci�y of Chula Vista,
amd Herbert V. Bryant, Citq Clerk of the City of Chula Vista,
•be and they are hereby authoriaed and directed to execute that
certain grant deed, dated September 12, 1950, a copq of which
is attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein,
for and on behalf .of the City of Chula Vista and to affix there-
to the� seal of _the City of Chula Vista, and to deliver the same
to the grantee, therein ttamed.
