Housing Projects, known as Federal Numbers CAL-4099, CAL-4259 and CAL-4700, all located in or adjacent to the City of Chula Vista; and Wf�REAS, .the City of Chula Vista is unable to obtain a lease froa the owner in fee of the real property of CAL-4700; and WHEREAS, the •City Council desires to withdraw from their application the purchase of said projects, the project known as CAL-4700, and� to confine the application to the re- maining projects to tait : CAL-4099 and CAL-4259.
