RESOLUTION No. 1543 ' GIVIPIG COi•?SE?�Ff TO PBOPUNENTS TO PROCEED TO � � ANidB!C CEPTAIid INHABITF'�D DESCRIBID TERRITORY iH� CITY COUNCIL 0�' Ti� CITY OF CHULA VISTA, DOES f�BEBy RESOLVE AS FOLLOYiS: � That the consent of the Cit;* Council of the City o* Chula Vista is hereby given to the annexation of _the iollotiring described territory to the City of Chula Vista, the same being inhabited territox^f, subject to the iollorring conditions: 1. i'hat the said territory shall be subjected to taxation after annexation equal vrith the property lvithin the City o£ Chula �7ista to pay their proportionate share o£ the outstanding bonded indebt=dnass of said City, at the date of filing ?etition £or annexation. 2• That the Czty of Chula Vista is in the process o£ constructing a.setiver trunk line along Naples Street South of the Souther�y Boundaz^,� of the Cit}� o£ Chula Vista. The approximate cost of s�d construction is $106,000.00 and a portion of said trunk line lies alor� or in the territory described her=in ar�d that said territory shall pay their proportionate share of said cost oi said trunk line in the approxinat= amount of S 32,364.00 Said amount shall be paid over a ten-year period in a i ion to � -_� - other taxes, or Srom the proceeds e£ the issuance of Bonds payable by property otivners in said territory. 3. That certain Resolution i•!o. 15Lt1 made on the 23rd day o£ }�arch, 195�t giving consent to proponents to proceed to annex certain uninhabited described ter:itory is repealed, and this Resolution , substituted thereSor, and each signer of the petition requesting annexation mist on said netition give his consent to all the £oregoing, and the foregoing must be stated in the R'otice of Intention to Annex and in the Petition to annex said territory.
