Plus 10,� Por contingencies 2,312.30 TOTAL �` 25,435•27 The Second Party further agrees to indemnif�, protect and hold harmless the s21d Citq of Chula Vist2 from any and all claims of liability for personal injury, property damage, labor or material claims which may be made against said City by reason oP said work and installation of improvements as herein provided. 2. 4s a guarantee and as security for its full 2nd faith- ful perfornance in complying with all the requirements for the completion of said subdivision 2s aforesaid, the said Second ?arty shall deliner to the said City of Chula 91sta, upon the execution - 2 - of this agreement, a good and sw ficient bond executed by an _ authorized surety comp2ny satisfactory to the said City of Chula Bista in the sum oP $ 25,�35.27 3. As a gnarantee and as security for the payment of 211 material and labor cl2ims for the completion of all said improve- ments, the Second Party shall deliver to the said Citp of Chula _ ' Vista a bond in the sum of $ '2,71�.63 , by its terms made to iaure to the benefit of laborers and materialmen, for labor and material performed or furnished in the perPormance of this agree- ment. �. Upon the execution by Second Party of this contract and the posing of the bonds as herein provided, the City agrees to approve the Pinal map oP said aubdivision and accept the sarae for recordation.
