JLL was the development advisor on the largest regeneration
project in Europe. Once completed the development will
provide over 13,500,000 sqftof office retail and leisure space.

Authority of New York & New Jersey on all facets of the project,
including development feasibility and oversight, cost estimating,
market assessments, pro forma analysis, design review,
financing assessment, leasing support and deal structuring

Greenwich Peninsula London, UK
15 year program to redevelop 120 hectare contaminated site on
the Greenwich Peninsula into a new urban quarter in Greater
London. Jones Lang LaSalle provided valuation advice for the
initial purchase, and was subsequently retained to provide

remediation advice

market the plan to developers, strategic partners and potential investors globally.

Bayfront Cultural and Design Committee
Form the BCDC as an advisory committee to the Port District, through the
•
approval of the Chula Vista BayfrontSettlement Agreement, regarding the
design of parks, walkways, bikeways, cultural facilities, and development
projects within the Port District’s jurisdiction.
BCDC membership will consist of eleven (11) members, eight (8) to
•
appointed by the Port District and three (3) by City of Chula Vista:
Members should be sensitive to design considerations and interested in townscape matters.
-
Persons qualified for membership should include architects, landscape architects, and land
-
planners, and other design professionals with suitable experience.
Role of the BCDC
•
Advise the Port District on the creation of the CVBMP design guidelines criteria and hold two
-
(2) to four (4) meetings/workshops for public input.
In an advisory capacity only, review site plans, landscape plans, public art project and
-
exterior design of buildings for consistency with the CVBMP approved design guidelines.
Advise and provide input on public art projects proposed for sites within the project area.
