HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1965-3934 RESOLUTION NO. 3934 Form No. 363 RESOLUTION NO. 3934 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA REMISING, RELEASING AND QUITCLAIMING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY IN SAID CITY TO SANTA FE LAND IMPROVEMENT COMPANY AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE QUITCLAIM DEED The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows : That the City of Chula Vista hereby remises , releases and quitclaims that certain strip of land 50 feet in width by approximately 2457 feet in average length in the City of Chula Vista, County of San Diego, State of California, being a portion of that certain 50 foot wide strip of land as described in deed from San Diego Land Corporation to City of Chula Vista recorded in Book 715 of Deeds, page 390, Records of said County, in Quarter Section 173, Rancho de la Nacion as said Quarter Section is shown on Map No. 166 filed in the Office of the County Recorder of said County. to SANTA FE LAND IMPROVEMENT COMPANY BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of Chula Vista be, and he is hereby authorized to execute said quitclaim deed, a copy of which is attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof , the same as though fully set forth herein.
