RESOLUTION NO. 3693
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA
DEDICATING AND NAMING PREVIOUSLY ACCEPTED REAL PROPERTY
IN SAID CITY
The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby
resolve as follows :
That certain grant of real property, made by grant deed,
executed by Mrs . Thursey S . Logan,
dated the 27th day of April , 1964 , accepted by the
City Council of the City of Chula Vista by Resolution No. 3379
dated the 28th day of April , 1964 , be, and the same
is hereby dedicated to the public use for street purposes by the
the City of Chula Vista.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said real property is hereby
officially named Casselman Court.

All that portion of 80 Acre Lot 1 in Quarter Section 125
of Rancho de la Nacion, in the City of Chula Vista, County of
San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof by
George Morrill, No. 166 , on file in the Office of the County
Recorder of said San Diego County, described as follows :
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Quarter Section
125; thence North 18°40 ' 23" West (North 19° West per Deed) along
the centerline of Hilltop Drive as shown on Record of Survey Map
No. 4458 on file in the Office of the Recorder of said County
of San Diego a distance of 1650. 00 feet to the Northeast corner
of the land conveyed to James R. Logan, et ux, by Deed dated
April 16 , 1953 in Book 4822 , page 508 of Official Records; thence
South 71°23 ' 17 " West (South 71° West per Deed) 30.00 feet to a
point on the West line of Hilltop Drive , said point being the
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing South 71°23 ' 17" West
along the North line of said Logan' s land 245.60 feet to the
point of intersection with a 46. 00 foot radius curve whose center
bears North 78°52 ' 57 " East from said point of intersection; thence
Southerly to Easterly along the arc of said 46. 00 foot radius
