She also announced the upcoming Harbor Fest o❑ September 21, 2013. Councilmember Ramirez e�pressed concern reearding issues related to the homeless population in the City. Cit�• Attome}� Googins stated that a report ��rould be deli��ered to Council �vithin se��eral ���eeks to pro��ide information on the actions that had been tal;en and options for additional action to address the issues. Councilmember Salas espressed appreciation for staffs �vork to address issues related to the homeless population. A.
