RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA
VISTA APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL SUBDIVISION
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT FOR CHULAVISTATRACT 92-02,
SALT CREEK RANCH, NEIGHBORHOOD 2, UNITS 1 THROUGH
5 (PACIFIC BAY HOMES)
WHEREAS, Pacific Bay Homes, the developer of Chula Vista Tract 92~02, Salt Creek
Ranch, Neighborhood 2, Units 1 through 5, has executed one Supplemental Subdivision
Improvement Agreement for all five maps in order to satisfy Conditions 30b, 31,38, 41,55,
58, 59, 66, and 94 of Resolution 16834 approving the Tentative Subdivision Map, adopted
on October 6, 1992.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the City Council of the City of Chula Vista does
hereby approve the Supplemental Subdivision Improvement Agreement for Chula Vista Tract
92-02, Salt Creek Ranch, Neighborhood 2, Units 1 through 5, a copy of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk as Document No, CO97-165.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of Chula Vista is hereby
authorized and directed to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City of Chula Vista.
