, RESOLVPION OF THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR
' THE CONSTRUCTION OF Il�ROVEMENTS IN
CASTLE VIEW SUBDIVISION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That certain agreement between the CITY OF
CHULA VISTA , a Municipal Corporation, and PRINCESS PARK ESTATES ,
INC. , dated +tarch 8 , 1962 , a copy of which is attached
hereto , and incorporated herein , the same as though fully set forth
herein be , and the same is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor of the City of Chula Vista be and
he is hereby authorized and directed to execute the same for and
upon behalf of the said City upon the posting of the bonds by
PRINCESS PARK ESTATES , INC. , as provided for in said agreement.

2. As a guar2nt=e and 2s security for it� full and f2ith-
ful performance in co�plying with all th= requir2ments for the
� completion of said subdivision as aforesaid, tee said Second P3P�y
shall deiiver to the Cit3 of Chula V+_sta, uoon the execution of th+_s -
agreement, a good 2nd sufficient bond executed by 2a authoriz°d
sur=ty comnany satisP2ctory to th= said City of CY,ul2 V'ista in the
su� of $u,000.00.
3, Second Part� agrees to conn=ct any iQprovements to be
constructed upon th= s2�d real propzrty hsreto;ore descr=bed, and to
be used for human habitation, to seiaer facilities before making
applicat=on Por fip21 inspection apDroval or oublic utility clear2nce
2nd further agrees that no such approval or clearance shall issue
until said improvenents are conn=cted to sewer facilities.
4. As conditions orecedent to the =ssuance of a building
oermit the Second Party agrees to f�le with the City o: Chula Uista
. a ol2t prepared by a licensed engine°r showing the location and
boundaries of each parcel with safficient narticular in order to
legally describe such oarcels, and the Second Partq shall grant to
the said .City of Chula �ista for street purooses, free and clear of
any liens or encumbrances that certain real oronerty described as
