uninhabited ten itory in the County of San Diego contiguous to the
City of Chule Vista. The boundasies of the territory so proposed to

1. The uainhabited terriWry prepoaed to be annexed ia contiguous to
the City of Chula Vista, and in the path o£ the natural expansion of 'the residential
• district of the said City.
2. The said City Council desires the development of this uninhabited
territory, so faz as poasible, to confozm to the minimum etandarde established by
the subdiviaion, sanitatiou and building ordinancea of the City of, Chula Vista.
3. The said City Council deaires to pzevent the development of sub-
seandard "fringa" azeas along the bouadaries of the said City.
