Section 1. � That certain Service Agreement between the
City of Chula Vista, California, and the State Lands Comcussion,
State of Califotnia, dated the 16th day of January. 1962� a .
" copy of whieh is attached hereto, and incorporated herein, the
same as though fully set forth herein, be, and the same is,
hereby approved.

Section 2. That the Mayor of the City of Chssla Vista, be
