NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that on the 13th day of February, 1962, at the hour of 7:00 P.M. in the Council Chambere in the City Hall, Civic Center, Chula Vista, California, at a regular meeting of the City Council of eaid City;,any person owning real property within such territory proposed to be annesed and having any objections to the proposed annexation, may appear before the City Council and show cause why such territory should not be so annexed. At any time not later than the said hour set for hearing objections to the proposed annexation, any owner of property within the territory proposed to be annesed may file written protest against the proposed annexation. Such protest shall state the name or names of the owner or owners of the property affected thereby and the description and area of such property in general terms. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that proceedings are hereby initiated by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista, and that the said City Council desires said annesation for the following reasons: 1. The uninhabited territory proposed to be annexed is contiguous to the City of Chula Vista, and in the path of the natural expansion of the residential district of the said City. 2.
